DEFENSE OF MARRIAGE AMENDMENT SPEAKERS AT WAKE COUNTY REPUBLICAN WOMEN’S LUNCHEON

Tami Fitzgerald, Executive Director of NC Values Coalition and Dr. Patrick Wooden, pastor of the Upper Room Church of God in Christ spoke in support of the North Carolina Marriage Protection Amendment at the Wake County Republican Women’s Club’s luncheon on February 16, 2012.

The Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) will define marriage as between one man and one woman.   This amendment to the North Carolina State Constitution will be on the state’s primary ballot on May 8, 2012.
