VIDEO -MARK LEVIN -.THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN – LIFE, LIBERTY & LEVIN  JUNE 4, 2023
One of Mark’s guests is Charles Payne of Fox Business who mentions  Modern Monetary Theory.  We don’t hear enough about this theory regarding unlimited government spending.  Glenn Beck in his book ‘The Great Reset” describes in very clear detail exactly what Modern Monetary Theory is and why it is so dangerous. CHINA’S RACE TO DOMINATE THE MILITARY AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES

China’s Race to Dominate the Military and Emerging Technologies

by Lawrence A. Franklin

Dr. Lawrence A. Franklin was the Iran Desk Officer for Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld. He also served on active duty with the U.S. Army and as a Colonel in the Air Force Reserve.

  • The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) openly says it wants to establish dominance in emerging critical technologies as part of its strategy to supplant the United States as the world’s dominant power, establish a new world order and replace the US-led international system established after WWII.
  • The US has only a little time left in this race. Reports indicate that deep cuts to the military made by several administrations have severely impaired its ability to catch up. Remaining talent and resources will possibly be reallocated in a new administration, if it is not too late by then. China has been supercharging its military for years while the U.S. has sat back, watched, and argued about unrelated social issues.
  • Communist China is currently preparing its people for war. America is not. The American people, who take their magical lives — when compared to so many people in the world — for granted, may be in for a tormenting shock.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) openly says it wants to establish dominance in emerging critical technologies as part of its strategy to supplant the United States as the world’s dominant power, establish a new world order and replace the US-led international system established after WWII.

The US has only a little time left in this race.

China also hopes to exploit the military potential of new technologies. Some, such as hypersonic advances, have the potential for developing sophisticated new weapons systems. Others, such as the science of “Big Data,” can enhance military targeting while rapidly collecting, analyzing and storing immense amounts of information.

RAND PAUL’S ANNUAL LIST OF GOVERNMENT WASTE

Tuesday, December 27th, 2022

Rand Paul’s Annual ‘Festivus’ Report: $482,276,543,907 in Government Waste
Paul’s 2022 Festivus report highlights $482,276,543,907 in government waste and includes $2.3 million used by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for an experiment involving injecting puppies with cocaine, $202,000 used by the Department of Defense (DOD) on Starbucks espresso machines, and $3 million for the construction of a Gandhi museum.
The NIH also wasted a significant amount of money. That includes $2.1 million on encouraging Ethiopians to wear shoes, $2.3 million injecting beagle puppies with cocaine, $1.1 million on “training mice to binge drink alcohol,” over $519,000 using mice to study racial aggression, and $187,500 on “verifying that kids love their pets.”
According to the report, the pet grant went to Kent State University, which used the funds to apparently “verify that the relationship between pets and children is beneficial to mental health.”
Other highlights directly from the report include:
Maintaining 77,000 empty Federal buildings (GSA)………………..………….$1,700,000,000
Helping illegal immigrants avoid deportation (DHS)……………………….…. $168,000,000

BIDEN DIVERTS AIR MARSHALS FROM PLANES TO THE BORDER

Wednesday, November 30th, 2022

Air marshals claim Biden is risking ‘another 9/11’ by shifting them from flights to border
America is risking “another 9/11” by diverting air marshals off planes and onto other operations, the president of the Air Marshal National Council warned in a direct address to Joe Biden.
In recent weeks, federal marshals have been diverted from their usual jobs as covert travelers assessing and monitoring terrorist threats to help at the US-Mexico border, according to Sonja Labosco of the Air Marshal National Council.
She told FOX News marshals are now present on less than 1% of flights and instead sent to assist Border Patrol dealing with migrants, who are currently overwhelming the southern border.
“Let’s stop another 9/11,” she said in a message to President Biden.
“There have been numerous incidents — a level 4 threat which means someone tried to breach a cockpit two days ago on a Southwest flight. So the message is, ‘Sir, please replace the air marshals on the border. Stop taking them out of the sky and let us do the job that we were trained to do.”
During normal operations, marshals are on board more than 5% of all flights, Labosco said.

COVID BILL’S WASTEFUL SPENDING BY THE DEMOCRATS

Tuesday, April 5th, 2022

Here’s Some Of The Garbage Democrats Funded As ‘Covid Relief’
APRIL 04, 2022
EXCERPT FROM THIS ARTICLE:
As the nation’s debt has passed $30 trillion and inflation continues to skyrocket, federal funds are being used to fund four-star hotels and bailouts for deadbeat dads.
“$1 million to pay off overdue child support in St. Louis. A city memo states that owing child support stops some people from looking for work because the overdue payments are garnished from paychecks; the program would ‘empower individuals’ by paying down a portion.” Translation: St. Louis is bailing out deadbeat dads who have skipped out on their obligations to their children—a fine way to teach responsible parenting.
$300,000 for a museum in Worcester, Massachusetts honoring a famous African American bicycle rider from the turn of the last century.
$5 million for the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, which “features niche sporting contests such as DanceSport, korfball, and flying disc.”
$2 million to purchase a ski area in Pottawattamie County, Iowa.
“$6.6 million to replace irrigation systems at two golf courses in Colorado Springs.”
“$2.5 million to hire new parking enforcement officers in Washington, DC.” As a District resident, I particularly “appreciate” this “investment”—because if there’s one thing Washington needs, it’s more government bureaucrats levying arbitrary fines.
A $12 million renovation for a minor league baseball stadium in Dutchess County, New York.
$5 million from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts “to pay off the debts of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate in Boston, a nonprofit established to honor the late senator that has struggled financially.”
$15 million in New Jersey to fund upgrades “to sweeten the state’s bid to host the 2026 World Cup.”
$53,000 to renovate City Hall in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
Tens of millions of dollars for tourist marketing campaigns—as if people who felt uncomfortable traveling during Covid need any more incentive to take a much-needed vacation.
$140 million to fund a 29-story, 800-room hotel in Broward County, Florida that the county will own while a private company will manage. (Why a county has any business owning a hotel is anyone’s guess.) To get around a federal prohibition on using the “Covid relief” money for large capital projects, the county commissioners transferred the federal aid to the county’s general fund, then transferred general fund dollars to the project. If anyone in the private sector tried a gimmick like this, he would get arrested for money laundering—but it’s all in a day’s work for government entities maximizing the cash they can squeeze out of Washington.

WHAT AMERICA GETS FOR $1.2 TRILLION IN INFRASTRUCTURE SPENDING

Here’s Everything America Gets For $1.2 Trillion In Infrastructure Spending – Including The Crazy Stuff

After Friday night’s 11th-hour vote in the House resulted in the passage of the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill – thanks to 13 uniparty Republicans who joined the Congressional Black Caucus in short-sheeting House Progressives – the Wall Street Journal and Forbes have published refreshers of what what America is supposedly getting out of the largest investment in infrastructure in more than a decade.

To help pay for the roughly $550 billion in new spending (nearly half is previously approved funding), more than $200 billion in unused coronavirus relief funds will be repurposed, along with $50 billion from a Trump-era rule on Medicare rebates, and another $50 billion from various states’ unused unemployment insurance supplemental funds. Where the rest will come from? Tax hikes and IRS colonoscopies are slated to offset the upcoming social spending bill, assuming Democrats are able to slip both into the reconciliation bill that somehow passes muster for moderate Democrat Senators Joe Manchin (WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ).

In truth, it isn’t paid for at all.

THE COST OF BIDEN’S STIMULUS PLANS

Tuesday, May 4th, 2021

Biden’s ‘infrastructure’ plan would cost $809,000 per job

By Jeffrey H. Anderson  Jeffrey H. Anderson served as the director of the Bureau of Justice Statistics from 2017 to 2021 and is the co-creator of the Anderson & Hester Rankings, which were part of college football’s Bowl Championship Series from 1998 to 2014.    April 22, 2021

President Joe Biden’s “infrastructure” plan is called the American Jobs Plan, but it doesn’t focus much on infrastructure and wouldn’t create many jobs. A more appropriate name for the $2.2 trillion proposal would be the “American Debt Plan.”

Former President Barack Obama’s “stimulus” bill, which Congress passed in 2009 with Biden as vice president, cost taxpayers a cool $278,000 for every new job added or saved, based on estimates from Obama’s hand-picked economists. Biden’s “infrastructure” plan might have trouble matching even that pathetic record. The plan’s overarching philosophy appears to be that the private sector doesn’t create jobs but government creates jobs.

Moody’s Analytics projects that Biden’s “infrastructure” plan would result in there being 2.7 million additional nonfarm jobs by 2030 at a total cost of $2,183,800,000,000. That works out to $809,000 per job — nearly three times as much as those under Obama’s failed “stimulus” bill. Yet Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said that creating fewer than 3 million jobs at the cost of more than $2 trillion “is a great place to be.”

Perhaps Buttigieg is comparing this anemic rate of return to that of Biden’s recently passed “COVID-19 stimulus” bill, which Moody’s projects will result in about 700,000 additional jobs by 2030 at a cost, per the Congressional Budget Office, of $1.8 trillion. That’s a little over $2.5 million per job. Still, compared to anything but Biden’s wasteful COVID-19 stimulus bill, his infrastructure plan would be an appallingly inefficient job-creation program.
