WHO IS JAMES SIMPSON ?
James Simpson is an investigative journalist, businessman and former economist and budget examiner for the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Since 1995, he has written non-fiction articles for various periodicals based both on his experiences in government and business, and a longstanding interest in public policy.
Mr. Simpson is best known for his exposé on the Cloward-Piven Strategy of Manufactured Crisis. His work provided background for Glenn Beck’s TV series on the subject. He is featured in Curtis Bowers’ award winning documentary “AGENDA: Grinding America Down,” Trevor Loudon’s “The Enemies Within,” and “Enemies Within the Church,” and is a frequent guest on radio and TV talk shows.

There are several videos in this article and if you click on the link to the article, you will be able to view the videos. Even though this article was written in February of this year, it is very relevant in discussing the history of the radical activism of today’s Democrat Party. As conservatives, we have to realize that these radical activists are completely dedicated to their ideology and they will not be defeated even if President Trump wins in November. The dirty little secret is that these radicals aren’t just in Bernie’s campaign. They infest the campaign apparatuses of the other candidates, too. How did the Democrat Party evolve to its current leftwing ideological state, and where did all these radical activists come from? Let us explore that in detail.
The so-called “counterculture of the 1960s” bred a number of radical organizations that over time morphed, infiltrated and/or became aligned with the Democrat Party. The Cuban Revolution and subsequent Communist insurgencies and revolts throughout Latin America made heroes of Fidel Castro and Che Guevara to radical leftists in the United States, both of whom are glorified by the American Left to this very day. Che beanies and shirts are still the rage on college campuses and are worn by kids who have no clue about his bloody past. A whole host of trendy revolutionary-style groups sprang up in the US in the ‘60s that were focused on the civil rights movement, “revolutionary change,” and, later, anti-Vietnam War protests. - And a number of smaller entities tied to Mao, Marx, Trotsky, and Lenin, as well as radical leftist political parties: Communist Party USA, Industrial Workers of the World, Workers World Party, Socialist Workers Party, etc.

The Left’s Lucrative Nonprofits

This year’s Democratic presidential candidates have a favorite whipping boy: “powerful interests.” Get ready to hear again in coming weeks how the National Rifle Association rules Washington, how the Koch empire dominates politics, how the right is pouring “dark money” into its agenda. And then remember that these are among the biggest whoppers of the 2020 election. One side will do battle with the aid of a huge and savvy nonprofit political empire—and it isn’t the right. Though the sooner Republicans understand that, the better.
A helpful tutorial arrived this week, “Power Grab,” a new book by Republican former Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah. Mr. Chaffetz has been digging into nonprofits since his time as House Oversight Committee chairman, and the book details how powerful the liberal nonprofit sector has grown. It may surprise many Americans—those who read daily stories about conservative “influence”—that the likes of the NRA, Judicial Watch and the National Organization for Marriage barely rank by comparison to the assets and revenue of Planned Parenthood, the American Civil Liberties Union or the Nature Conservancy.
These aren’t only big political players; they’re the biggest political players. In 2018 the nonprofit watchdog Capital Research Center analyzed grants handed out in the 2014 election year by six big foundations on the right (including the Bradley and Charles Koch foundations) versus six on the left (including the Open Society and Tides foundations). Liberal public-policy charities, organized under chapter 501(c)(3) of the tax code, bagged $7.4 billion of this foundation money in 2014. For conservative charities, the figure was a mere $2.2 billion. That $7.4 billion also dwarfed total 2013-14 campaign receipts to federal, state and local campaigns ($4.1 billion) and spending that cycle by independent groups ($830 million).

America is in serious decline. Many Americans are deeply concerned. The radical left has gained control of the nation. Look at the Democratic Party today: Its leading personalities promote policies that are weakening the nation economically, socially, morally, militarily and geopolitically. How did they get control? What caused this nation to descend into this condition?
You need to understand what has happened inside this country and why. The problem is far deeper, and has been going on for far longer, than most people realize.
During the Cold War, there was a lot of fear within America about the spread of communism. Today, most Americans no longer consider it a threat of any concern.
But it is of grave concern. Few people realize it, but many mainstream political views in America today are identical to—and trace directly back to—the ideals and beliefs of communism.
One popular candidate running for the Democratic presidential nomination claims to be a socialist. Well, many Communists call themselves socialists. The fact that he has so much support reveals how dangerously ignorant the American people are.
What do you know about communism? A growing number of Americans support the government taking over health care and other major segments of the national economy. They fail to understand the dangers that accompany a Communist system.
Understanding Communism
Socialism and communism are alike in fundamental ways. Both say the centralized government or “the public” should own and control production, rather than individual business owners. Both call for centralized planning and control, which make for powerful governments that are highly susceptible to corruption. Socialism is considered the transition stage from capitalism to communism; in some cases, it is a less radical version that might eventually “mature” into communism.

Barack Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis

America waits with bated breath while Washington struggles to bring the U.S. economy back from the brink of disaster. But many of those same politicians caused the crisis, and if left to their own devices will do so again.
Despite the mass media news blackout, a series of books, talk radio and the blogosphere have managed to expose Barack Obama’s connections to his radical mentors — Weather Underground bombers William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis and others. David Horowitz and hisDiscover the Networks.org have also contributed a wealth of information and have noted Obama’s radical connections since the beginning.
Yet, no one to my knowledge has yet connected all the dots between Barack Obama and the Radical Left. When seen together, the influences on Obama’s life comprise a who’s who of the radical leftist movement, and it becomes painfully apparent that not only is Obama a willing participant in that movement, he has spent most of his adult life deeply immersed in it.
But even this doesn’t fully describe the extreme nature of this candidate. He can be tied directly to a malevolent overarching strategy that has motivated many, if not all, of the most destructive radical leftist organizations in the United States since the 1960s.
The Cloward-Piven Strategy of Orchestrated Crisis
In an earlier post, I noted the liberal record of unmitigated legislative disasters, the latest of which is now being played out in the financial markets before our eyes. Before the 1994 Republican takeover, Democrats had sixty years of virtually unbroken power in Congress – with substantial majorities most of the time. Can a group of smart people, studying issue after issue for years on end, with virtually unlimited resources at their command, not come up with a single policy that works? Why are they chronically incapable?
Why?
One of two things must be true. Either the Democrats are unfathomable idiots, who ignorantly pursue ever more destructive policies despite decades of contrary evidence, or they understand the consequences of their actions and relentlessly carry on anyway because they somehow benefit.
I submit to you they understand the consequences. For many it is simply a practical matter of eliciting votes from a targeted constituency at taxpayer expense; we lose a little, they gain a lot, and the politician keeps his job. But for others, the goal is more malevolent – the failure is deliberate. Don’t laugh. This method not only has its proponents, it has a name: the Cloward-Piven Strategy. It describes their agenda, tactics, and long-term strategy.

So many are now asking, what is happening to our country? The coarsening of our society is now evident – divorce rates are soaring, families are crumbling and Christianity is being attacked.
Home schooling of children is increasing because many parents are dissatisfied with the public schools as they feel they are providing inferior education. The feminist agenda is pushing abortion on demand, parents are no longer informed when their underage child is having an abortion, schools are passing out condoms to children, there are gay pride parades as if homosexuality is something to be celebrated.
The number of Americans on food stamps is at an all-time high. Social Justice (also better known as Socialism is the taking from one group to give to another) is the new buzz word. Dependency on government is taking the place of American self reliance. The fibre of our country and its people is being ground down. We are decaying from within !
