With some hard work, pluck, the right boyfriend and a bit of genetic luck, Kamala Harris has found her way onto the presidential ballot without having to secure a single primary vote. Don’t tell me the American Dream is dead.
Sure, Harris is a demagogue who speaks in cringy, swirling, impenetrable platitudes. And sure, according to President Joe Biden, Harris was an identity hire. But “Morning Joe” says we’re not supposed to talk about any of that. So, let’s discuss her record and stated positions.
It seems like a lifetime ago that Biden named Harris his running mate. What you may not recall is that the media tried to gaslight us into believing the California senator was another apolitical dealmaker.
Former Clinton fixer George Stephanopoulos said Harris was “the middle-of-the-road, moderate wing of the Democratic Party.” The New York Times called her a “pragmatic moderate,” while the Associated Press focused on her “centrist record.” And so on.
A “small-c conservative,” one Washington Post columnist wrote.
The only problem was, according to GovTrack, Harris’ record in the Senate was to the left of red-diaper baby Bernie Sanders. She was least likely of any senator to join in any bipartisan bills.
That’s fine. Bipartisan bills are the pits. Harris wasn’t handed a Senate seat by her former beau and California political kingpin Willie Brown to waste her time legislating with a bunch of pinheads. She was there to run for the presidency. In her truncated first term, few excelled more at smearing their political opponents.
Remember when Harris moderately accused Brett Kavanaugh of gang rape?
This false perception of moderation stems from Harris’ time as prosecutor and attorney general. Harris liked to brag about using “a huge stick” as a prosecutor in San Francisco, where she regularly threatened poor parents with jail time in her efforts to craft social policy — which wasn’t her job.

WHO IS JAMES SIMPSON ?
James Simpson is an investigative journalist, businessman and former economist and budget examiner for the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Since 1995, he has written non-fiction articles for various periodicals based both on his experiences in government and business, and a longstanding interest in public policy.

Hi Everyone, I’ve been down here in The Villages in Florida for the past several weeks and had lunch today with a good friend and one of our conservative ladies, Mary Lou Drake and her husband Bob and a few of their friends. Of course, the conversation turned to the political problems we are having and someone mentioned Cloward & Piven. After lunch Mary Lou did a little homework and found this 2015 article by Glenn Beck where he clearly lays out the roots of all the problems we are now having in our country. Glenn Beck does a great job at giving us the historical background of how these problems have been building. Actually, back to Woodrow Wilson and the creation of the Federal Reserve and through the 60’s and on. So, sit back, pour yourself something a bit strong and read it and weep.! Nancy
Cloward & Piven and the Fundamental Transformation of America

I’m going to give you a hard concept to get your arms around: It’s the concept that there are people in this country who want to intentionally collapse our economic system. How could it be that any American would or would want to do such a thing? Well, those involved sleep just fine at night because they tell themselves that they’re not collapsing, they’re transforming — transforming — America into something better. The progressive movement in which these people are involved started around the turn of last century. These are the same people who gave us the Federal Reserve. They brought America the concept of redistribution of wealth through the progressive income tax, telling Americans at first that only the rich would be affected. They are the same people who felt that they knew better about your health than you did that they needed to force you to stop drinking alcoholthrough Prohibition. They brought us the League of Nations, then the United Nations. And their biggest contribution of all: They brought the understanding that our Constitution was a flawed, living, breathing document and that our Founding Fathers were a group of rich racists. Now, today’s group of progressives do not speak the same language as you and I do: Economic justice is taking from haves and giving to the have nots; social justice, to quote Mark Lloyd, is when someone needs to step down so someone else can have a turn, and transforming America means collapsing the state as we know it and rebooting it as a progressive utopia. None of the language is the same. What I would call socialist, they call social justice. That’s critical to understand; they really believe they’re making things better and they’re about to finish the process. They learned from their earlier failed attempts to transform America and the world, like the League of Nations. First, there can’t be a debate. They simply declare the debate over and that they have consensus already. Second, they can’t conduct their transformation in the open. And third, they can never let a good crisis go to waste. Now, as we discuss this, keep in mind that you’re watching all of this through your eyes; you see this as trying to collapse our economy. But progressives see this as a fundamental transformation — something better than we’ve ever had — as promised by Barack Obama: (BEGIN VIDEO CLIP, OCT. 30, 2008) THEN-PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE BARACK OBAMA: We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America. (END VIDEO CLIP) So, let me introduce you to the people you would say are fundamentally responsible for the unsustainability and possible collapse of our economic system: Richard Cloward and Francis Fox Piven, authors of the Cloward-Piven strategy. Something else to remember is that this isn’t some conspiracy theory that we’re tossing out; they wrote about collapsing the economy and how they planned to do it in the article they co-authored in the ’60s called, “Mobilizing the Poor: How it Could Be Done.” Six months later, it was published in The Nation, under the title “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty.” So, just what is Cloward-Piven? Rand Paul’s Annual ‘Festivus’ Report: $482,276,543,907 in Government Waste
Paul’s 2022 Festivus report highlights $482,276,543,907 in government waste and includes $2.3 million used by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for an experiment involving injecting puppies with cocaine, $202,000 used by the Department of Defense (DOD) on Starbucks espresso machines, and $3 million for the construction of a Gandhi museum.
The NIH also wasted a significant amount of money. That includes $2.1 million on encouraging Ethiopians to wear shoes, $2.3 million injecting beagle puppies with cocaine, $1.1 million on “training mice to binge drink alcohol,” over $519,000 using mice to study racial aggression, and $187,500 on “verifying that kids love their pets.”
According to the report, the pet grant went to Kent State University, which used the funds to apparently “verify that the relationship between pets and children is beneficial to mental health.”

Here’s Everything America Gets For $1.2 Trillion In Infrastructure Spending – Including The Crazy Stuff

After Friday night’s 11th-hour vote in the House resulted in the passage of the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill – thanks to 13 uniparty Republicans who joined the Congressional Black Caucus in short-sheeting House Progressives – the Wall Street Journal and Forbes have published refreshers of what what America is supposedly getting out of the largest investment in infrastructure in more than a decade.
To help pay for the roughly $550 billion in new spending (nearly half is previously approved funding), more than $200 billion in unused coronavirus relief funds will be repurposed, along with $50 billion from a Trump-era rule on Medicare rebates, and another $50 billion from various states’ unused unemployment insurance supplemental funds. Where the rest will come from? Tax hikes and IRS colonoscopies are slated to offset the upcoming social spending bill, assuming Democrats are able to slip both into the reconciliation bill that somehow passes muster for moderate Democrat Senators Joe Manchin (WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ).
In truth, it isn’t paid for at all.

The US political administration is starting to become the “Weekend at Bidens”, starring the “barely cogent” Joe Biden, according to Sky News host Cory Bernardi.
“You may recall that film (Weekend at Bernie’s) involved a couple of losers pretending their dead boss was actually still alive so they could enjoy his beach house and his extravagant lifestyle for a weekend,” Mr Bernardi said.
“Now we have ‘Weekend at Bidens’, it’s the reality show where the Democrats put up a barely cogent candidate for President just so they could enjoy the spoils of office for four years”.
“It features an all-star cast of the politically semi-lucid, headlined by Joe Biden himself.”
Mr Bernardi said the plot is “pretty simple”: a “trio of near octogenarians” seize control of the most powerful nation in the world while “not having any idea what they are doing”.

It is very plainly to be seen happening right now on how our southern border is being overwhelmed and the many onerous bills that are originating in the House of Representatives — HR1 that will destroy our election system, the Equality Act that will ruin women’s sports, the gun control bills that will reduce our rights to protect ourselves, and a ballooning national debt that will bankrupt our country. The riots from this summer by BLM and Antifa were designed to add fuel to the fire and increase racial strife and further divide our nation. First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and his wife Frances Fox Piven — both longtime members of the Democratic Socialists of America, where Piven today is an honorary chair — the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.
Inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles — which erupted after police used batons to subdue a black man suspected of drunk driving — Cloward and Piven published an article titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation. Following its publication, The Nation sold an unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called “crisis strategy” or “Cloward-Piven Strategy,” as it came to be called.
