The Democrats have certainly done an about face on illegal immigration since 1995 ! This c-span video is a this reminder of what Democrats used to stand for. Now it seems to be all about increasing the number of illegals in the Democrat states so they increase the number of bodies in the next census which will gain them more seats in Congress.
