After the FDA sent out a public message urging people to not take ivermectin, 3 doctors who were disciplined for prescribing ivermectin to their patients filed a lawsuit against the agency.

The main issue in question here is whether what the FDA was putting out crossed the line. Because according to federal law—the FDA is allowed to provide information—but they’re not allowed to provide medical advice.

Which is exactly what the doctors are arguing took place.

However, during the lawsuit, the lawyer representing the FDA had to make several public admissions that, if we had heard them several years ago, might’ve shocked the nation.

Del Bigtree: The Vaccine Placebos Lie, the COVID ‘Cash Cow,’ and Taking Regulatory Agencies to Court

 “We have all of these lawsuits where we’ve made the NIH, the CDC, FDA, Health and Human Services, admit that they haven’t done any of the safety studies and trials that we’re told by experts have been robustly done … We have the evidence of it because we won it in court,” says Del Bigtree. Beyond the COVID-19 vaccines, other vaccines on the childhood immunization schedule are also not held to the same safety standards as other drugs, and are not tested against true saline placebos, Mr. Bigtree says. How is this possible? And why are people who suffered adverse reactions post-vaccination not being acknowledged and studied so the causes can be identified?

“All that I want to do, or that Robert Kennedy wants to do, is make sure that our vaccines are going through the exact same saline placebo safety trials that most every other drug we take are,” Mr. Bigtree says.

Our society’s ‘top brains’ have gone mad — and dysfunctional politics is the result

“Suppose we got it all wrong and the real crazies are the TV people in nice suits and $300 haircuts?”

That’s an observation by Richard Fernandez on Twitter, and he has a good point.

There’s a lot of craziness in the air these days.

But for the most part it seems to be flowing from the top down, not bubbling up from the bottom.

It wasn’t farmers and factory workers who came up with the idiotic COVID responses — nor was it they who originated the more or less criminal idea of conducting “gain of function” research on making dangerous viruses more dangerous.

It wasn’t shopkeepers and bus drivers who thought the way to deal with burgeoning urban crime was to get rid of police and release criminals without bail.

It hasn’t been landscapers and auto mechanics championing the notion that a child in the single-digit age range can make a lifetime choice about his or her genitalia or maintaining that even criticizing that idea is itself a species of “violence.”

Ordinary Americans haven’t been claiming the way to promote free speech is to censor people or the way to end racism is to classify everyone by race and consequently treat them differently.
