This means that the WHO will be able to declare whatever it deems to be an actual or potential health emergency and mandate lockdowns, medical examinations, require vaccination or other prophylaxes, place individuals under public health observation, implement quarantine or other health measures.
In addition, the IHR will adopt the worldwide use of digital vaccine passports. Already in June 2023, the European Union and the WHO announced “a long-term digital partnership to deliver better health for all.”
- The proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations give the WHO Director General the authority to declare not just an actual but a potential international public health emergency and set out binding recommendations on how to address it, whether individual states agree with him or not.
- Worse, no criticism of the new WHO regime and its decisions to declare potential or actual pandemics, lockdowns and treatment, including vaccines, will be allowed under the amended IHR… In other words, the government lies, obfuscations and cover-ups that so dominated the last pandemic will become normalized, and all criticism outlawed.
- Already, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (not a medical doctor) has castigated critics of the planned amendments and new Pandemic Treaty as conspiracy theorists who spread “fake news, lies and conspiracy theories.”

‘Screams Before Silence’
A documentary on the October 7 brutal rapes that many still refuse to acknowledge.
On October 7, more than 1,200 Israeli citizens were brutally murdered, and 250 were taken hostage. The carnage of the attack was apocalyptic. The videos — many taken by the Hamas terrorists themselves — are horrific and terrible to watch. There were countless rapes. Children were burned alive in ovens. Bodies were mutilated and torn apart.
And yet, fairly quickly, Hamas and an ever-growing radical contingent in the West were quick to change the narrative. Hamas jihadis positioned themselves not only as the victims but as the resistance fighters. What they did on October 7 — an ethnic cleansing — is the real outrage and the actual violation of human rights, not the so-called “war crimes” Israel is ostensibly committing against Gaza.
Sheryl Sandberg, former Facebook COO, has been fighting to bring justice and witness to the suffering and atrocities committed against the Israelis, particularly the mass rape of women. She has created and recently released a documentary called “Screams Before Silence,” in which she interviews victims, witnesses, and released hostages. The documentary includes footage of captured Hamas operatives admitting to their crimes.
In an interview with Fox News, Sandberg got right to the point, saying, “If you believe that October 7 was resistance — and I do not believe that; I don’t believe terror is resistance — but if you believe that, sexual violence doesn’t fit into that narrative because rape is never resistance.”

Joe Prepares To Surrender To Beijing

In 1945 the Japanese stood on the deck of the battleship Missouri, signed a surrender document, and relinquished their national sovereignty to the United States. Biden is getting ready to do the same thing. He is preparing to hand our national sovereignty over to the World Health Organization (WHO), run by an Ethiopian Maoist terrorist who is a puppet of Beijing.
The Biden administration is negotiating an agreement with the WHO to promote “global health equity.” This agreement will subordinate Americans to the WHO an international body. The WHO will be empowered to call the shots and to override American law whenever it decides there is some sort of global health emergency. Joe knows that the Senate would never approve this agreement, which is clearly a treaty and requires Senate approval per the Constitution. He is billing it therefore as simply an “agreement” of some sort and intends to bypass the people’s elected representatives completely.
The ”agreement” contains a plethora of provisions so outrageous they are almost impossible to believe:
- In the event of an emergency declared by the WHO, the United States will be required to hand over 20% of its medical supplies, to the WHO for global distribution.
- The WHO will decide which countries get what supplies.
- Whenever the WHO decides there is a pandemic all patent protections go out the window. The world gets all your intellectual property.
- The United States and other designated “wealthy countries will be required to pay a fixed percentage of gross domestic product yearly into a WHO pandemic-preparedness fund. The WHO will then decide how that money is spent and where.
- The WHO would have the authority to declare a public health emergency in any country overriding the decisions of the national government. The WHO would also have the power to counter “disinformation” spread during a public health emergency.

Biden administration says 100,000 new migrants are expected to enroll in ‘Obamacare’ next year

WASHINGTON (AP) — Roughly 100,000 immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children are expected to enroll in the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance next year under a new directive the Biden administration released Friday.
The move took longer than promised to finalize and fell short of Democratic President Joe Biden’s initial proposal to allow those migrants to sign up for Medicaid, the health insurance program that provides nearly free coverage for the nation’s poorest people.
But it will allow thousands of migrants to access lucrative tax breaks when they sign up for coverage after the Affordable Care Act’s marketplace enrollment opens Nov. 1, just days ahead of the presidential election.
While it may help Biden boost his appeal at a crucial time among Latinos, a crucial voting bloc that Biden needs to turn out to win the election, the move is certain to prompt more criticism among conservatives about the president’s border and migrant policies.
The action opens up the marketplace to any participant in the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, many of whom are Latino.

President Biden finalized new civil service protections on Thursday aimed at preventing the sort of bureaucratic housecleaning that former President Donald Trump plans, should he win reelection.
At stake are potentially tens of thousands of policymaking jobs across the government and the ability to have them follow the president’s direction or face firing.
That has become a top goal of Republicans after the deep state thwarted or watered down many of Mr. Trump’s initiatives. It also has become a chief fear of Democrats.
Mr. Biden said his rules would insulate employees from such political pressure by making it tougher to reclassify their jobs and then fire them.
“Day in and day out, career civil servants provide the expertise and continuity necessary for our democracy to function,” Mr. Biden said. “This rule is a step toward combatting corruption and partisan interference to ensure civil servants are able to focus on the most important task at hand: delivering for the American people.”
The rules shield federal workers from losing civil service protections if they are involuntarily moved into job classifications that lack those protections. The rules also create an appeals process for workers who are shifted.
The target is indisputably Mr. Trump, who issued an executive order late in his administration that could have allowed thousands of career civil service positions to be reclassified, making it easier to fire workers.
Mr. Trump said removing “poorly performing employees” who fell under civil service protections had become too difficult, so reclassifying them was a way to get better results from the bureaucracy.
Known as Schedule F, the order was aimed at positions that create policy. Trump officials said those jobs ought to be responsive to the president.
The National Treasury Employees Union, a major public-sector labor union that sued to block Schedule F, said it could have swept up “tens of thousands of frontline federal employees.”
Mr. Biden revoked Schedule F when he took office, derailing the lawsuit.
Mr. Trump has been eyeing a revival should he win the White House in November.
The new rule, finalized Thursday by the Office of Personnel Management, will make it tougher for Mr. Trump or another administration, but not impossible, to surmount.
To overcome a regulation, a president must either go through the rulemaking process again, which can take months or years, or persuade Congress to pass legislation.
James Sherk, who led the Trump administration’s civil service efforts, said the new regulations will be a speed bump but not a roadblock. He said the chief wrinkle is that writing the rules could give Mr. Trump’s opponents more room for court challenges to a policy.
Mr. Sherk said federal employees have long leaned to the left but appear to have skewed hard left since the Obama years, based on campaign donation data.
“In most agencies, the career employees are more liberal than 90% of Americans,” he said.
He released a report, “Tales From the Swamp,” highlighting areas where Trump plans were thwarted by the liberal ideological bent of bureaucrats.
