10 Woke Offenders: These Companies Push Radical Left Agenda, Fire Conservative Staff

A new database can help conservative consumers identify which companies actively work to promote leftist ideology and, in some cases, fire conservatives.
The 1792 Exchange, a nonprofit focused on the dangers of “woke capitalism” that urges companies to be neutral on ideological issues, last month released a database of over 1,000 companies.
The database assesses the risk that “a company will cancel a contract or client, or boycott, divest, or deny services based on views or beliefs,” the 1792 Exchange says.
At a time when the culture wars increasingly are being fought, not just in Washington and state capitols but in boardrooms across the country, it’s a welcome development to have a resource to help determine whether your dollars are supporting companies that are neutral or companies that are working against you and your beliefs.

Ahead of June’s Pride Month, retail giant Target introduced a line of women’s swimwear with “tuck-friendly construction” and “extra crotch coverage.” Posting photos of two swimsuits from the new line, comedian Chrissie Mayr tweeted : “Thanks to @Target I found the perfect swimsuit for creeping out all the women and children at the pool this summer. Can’t wait to tuck my **** into this little number while sipping a Bud Light!”
Mayr later told Fox News Digital, “No real woman would be caught dead in that swimsuit, it’s hideous. It’s exactly what a dude pretending to be a woman would wear. The only thing I’ll be tucking is my money back into my wallet and shopping elsewhere. What an obnoxious virtue signal from Target. And it’s not even June yet.”

A House report shows how Hunter and relatives profited while Joe was Vice President.
House Republicans on Wednesday released their latest report on the Biden family’s business ties, and one conclusion is that it’s good to be related to Joseph Robinette Biden. Hunter Biden and his relatives traded profitably off the Biden name with transactions that suggest the main family business is influence peddling.
House Oversight Chair James Comer’s staff report shows in detail that Hunter had extensive dealings with unsavory foreign actors. This yielded millions of dollars for Biden family members via a web of shell companies that would be hard to untangle without subpoena power. Why so much complexity?
The 36-page report shows Biden family members and business associates created nearly 20 separate entities shortly before and during Joe Biden’s Vice Presidency. The entities with obscure names—Hudson West III, Hudson West V, Owascu, JBB SR INC—transferred cash from foreign entities. Bank records show that more than $10 million was delivered to Biden family members, associates and companies from these foreign entities, and in curious ways.

America First Legal Releases More of Biden’s Vice Presidential Records Revealing Influence Peddling and Corruption Between the White House and Hunter’s Private Foreign Business Dealings

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) released its third tranche of emails from the National Archives in response to AFL’s request and lawsuit for records from Joe Biden’s time as Vice President in the Obama Administration and Hunter Biden’s corrupt foreign business dealings.
On March 3, 2023, AFL filed a Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) Complaint against Hunter Biden, based on information contained in the first set of documents obtained by AFL as a result of this litigation. These new emails provide further evidence that Hunter Biden’s personal business activities comingled with Joe Biden’s official business beginning in Vice President Biden’s first year in the White House.
These records include evidence that:
- Vice President Biden’s closest advisors held confidential discussions about Hunter Biden’s consulting firm, Seneca Global Advisors.
- Hunter’s foreign travel and personal business and financial matters involved discussions with White House staff and other political appointees in the Obama Administration.
- On the same day that a CCP official was addressing allegations of political retaliation against an Anglo-Australian mining company, Hunter’s business partner involved with CCP-backed mining deals was reaching out to the Vice President’s advisor about that CCP official’s upcoming visit.
- The National Archives continues to unlawfully withhold records from the American public through improper and partisan applications of the Presidential Records Act.
According to the National Archives, this set of emails was responsive to AFL’s request for records regarding Hunter Biden and his corrupt foreign business dealings and records from Joe Biden’s time as Vice President in the Obama Administration because they included the company name “Seneca Global Advisors,” the consulting firm founded by Hunter Biden in 2008 that “helped companies expand into global markets.”
On May 18, 2009, Alan Hoffman, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Vice President, sent an email to Michael Mongan, Deputy Counsel to the Vice President, with the subject line: “FW: Ethiopia.”

- Two Chinese companies, Gotion and CATL, are on the verge of building two new battery manufacturing facilities in Michigan. These companies were lured by billions in state and local tax incentives and infrastructure investments, and the environmental requirements buried in the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
- [T]he state of Michigan is making a big bet on electric vehicle (EV) technology in concert with the Chinese Communist Party. What could go wrong?
- The answer to that is simple: Plenty. At a time when bipartisan members of Congress on the Select Committee on the CCP are conducting war games simulating a U.S. response to a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, one has to ask is this the right moment to seek more Chinese investment in the state. Especially when one of those projects is just 100 miles from where the U.S. is training Taiwanese troops to defend against a Chinese Communist invasion.
- Already, Virginia, home to numerous military and intelligence facilities, has rejected one of the two projects out of national security concerns.
- As… outlined in the unprecedented joint news conference by the FBI and MI-5, the threat from the Chinese Communist Party is real, dangerous and pervasive.
- Another red flag is the secrecy shrouding the projects. Although the state is in the process of providing substantial sums in taxpayer money to private entities, many of the details have been covered by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Members of Congress, state legislators, local elected officials, and state and congressional staff have been forced to sign NDAs so they can access information taxpayers and the media have been prevented from seeing. What is so secret that it requires taxpayers to be shielded from information about the projects that their dollars will fund? Local newspapers have requested information through Freedom of Information Act requests, but they have been denied.
- Not only are the projects shrouded in a veil of secrecy, there are legitimate concerns about various organizations actually adhering to the Foreign Agents Reporting Act (FARA). This act requires individuals working on behalf of a foreign entity to register their activities with the Justice…. Former Ambassador Joe Cella and I have… have jointly submitted a request to the Justice Department to review specific individuals and their compliance with federal disclosure laws.
- [N]ow is the time for both battery projects to be paused. It is time for legislators to engage in their fiduciary responsibility, recognize the changed environment, and reevaluate plans to spend taxpayer dollars to fund two Chinese companies, the CCP, and potentially even the Taliban and the re-emerging Islamic State. It is a new day and US taxpayer money should not be backing potential adversaries.

Debbie Lerman: How America’s National Security Complex Took Over the Pandemic Response
In this episode, I sit down with Brownstone Institute fellow Debbie Lerman to discuss her research into U.S. government documents and the origins of America’s pandemic policies.
The response to COVID—from lockdowns to mask mandates to vaccine mandates—was actually a national security response, not a public health response, she argues.
According to Lerman’s research, in a sharp break from official pandemic preparedness plans, the National Security Council (NSC) was put in charge of the pandemic policy in 2020. And Health and Human Services (HHS) was removed as the lead federal agency for the pandemic response and replaced with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), who “were like a deer in headlights,” she argues.

And for years now, scientists have been working on mRNA technology, but prior to the COVID-19 vaccines, nothing had been approved. The pandemic turned into an opportunity, she says, and now—despite growing evidence of critical side effects from the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines—Moderna and BioNTech have dozens of new mRNA vaccines and therapeutics in development.

Remaining talent and resources will possibly be reallocated in a new administration, if it is not too late by then. China has been supercharging its military for years while the U.S. has sat back, watched, and argued about unrelated social issues.

Others, such as the science of “Big Data,” can enhance military targeting while rapidly collecting, analyzing and storing immense amounts of information.
