NEW INFORMATION ON THE LAPTOP FROM STEVE BANNON
AUSTRALIAN VIDEO   INTERVIEW WITH STEVE BANNON  RE BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THE MELTDOWN OVER THE HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP EMAILS

October 18, 2020

Steve Bannon, former chief strategist to President Donald Trump, has revealed Joe Biden’s son emailed a shop owner who had his hard drive in an effort to get it back. The revelations come as the New York Post this week released an expose detailing links between Joe Biden and his son who was paid at least $50,000 a month to sit on the board of a Ukrainian energy company who allegedly set up a meeting with the then-Vice President. Information regarding Hunter Biden’s relationship with the Ukranian energy company was sourced from a collection of emails recovered from a laptop that was allegedly dropped off at a repair shop in 2019 and later given to the FBI. It was a water-damaged MacBook Pro and the person who dropped it off never paid for the service and didn’t retrieve it or a hard drive on which its contents were stored – according to the shop owner who said he repeatedly tried to contact the customer. Sky News host Sharri Markson said the owner of the repair shop in Biden’s home state of Delaware says when he did not hear back from the FBI, he made a copy of the hard drive and gave it to Donald Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani. Emails on the laptop revealed that Hunter Biden had planned to introduce his father – the then-Vice President – to an executive at Ukrainian energy company Burisma, a company where Hunter served on the board of directors. Publicly, Biden has said he’s never spoken to his son about his overseas business dealings. These emails seem to indicate otherwise.

AMERICA’S CHINA CLASS ATTACK TRUMP

Sunday, September 27th, 2020

In Addition to the article, also included is a  One America News video interview of Lee Smith, the author of the article, where he warns of domestic violence if  President Trump wins the election.
AMERICA’S CHINA CLASS LAUNCHES A NEW WAR AGAINST TRUMP
The corporate, tech and media elites will not allow the president to come between them and Chinese money
by Lee Smith    Lee Smith is the author of the newly-published book The Permanent Coup: How Enemies Foreign and Domestic Targeted the American President.

Chances are that by the time you get to the end of this article, there will be news of another information operation targeting Donald Trump. There’s one a day now—each trumpeting a new mortal threat to the republic or some dastardly revelation based on sources that are usually anonymous. Whatever it is, it will serve the same purpose as the hundreds of similar sallies launched over the last four years—namely, to preserve and protect the position and privileges of America’s ruling elite.

Trump stories are rarely about Trump. The same stories, or versions of them, would have targeted anyone who threatened to sever the American political, corporate, and cultural elite’s economic lifeline to the Chinese Communist Party. It is largely because Trump sought to decouple the United States from the CCP that America’s China Class, which owns the platforms on which Americans communicate, has waged a relentless campaign of information warfare against him through its social media and prestige media brands.

Consider the last two anti-Trump info ops: He gratuitously denigrated the historical suffering of African Americans, and he expressed contempt for America’s war dead. These are the sort of false allegations that political operatives are tasked to manufacture and disseminate during election season. Their purpose is to reinforce a negative impression of the opposing party among whatever cohort is being addressed, and make the target spend resources—time and money and sometimes blood—on defense. That’s politics 101, since the time of the Romans.

What’s new is that this is now journalism too. Since the internet defunded the press at the end of the 20th century and social media became the dominant player in America’s information space, journalism has abandoned the traditional standards and practices that once defined reporting. For instance, the smear holding that Trump is contemptuous of the military was supposedly based on four anonymous sources recalling exchanges from three years ago, which have been contradicted by dozens of named sources, some of whom were physically present when the comments were supposedly made—and some of whom have been public Trump opponents. In traditional journalistic terms, that’s not a news story—that’s a failed attack line.

The press that existed in America from the end of the 19th century until the turn of this one was designed to inform, influence, and sometimes inspire or inflame fellow citizens. But for people under 30, the only kind of “journalism” they’ve ever known is more like Pravda in the old Soviet Union or the kinds of party media found throughout the Third World. Journalism is an insider’s game, in which the stories are often outlandish, but rarely true; their actual news value is the hints they may offer about shadowy maneuverings that affect people’s lives but take place out of public view, like the rise or fall of a particular colonel who is pictured standing closer to or farther away from El Caudillo or Al Rais. Stories aren’t about the realities they purport to depict; the real stories are always the stories about the story.

American journalists, who now draw their paychecks directly and indirectly from the country’s largest economic interest—technopolies like Amazon, Apple, Google, and Facebook—are now turning the public sphere into a phantasmagoria of conspiracy theories and hysteria to cement the politburo’s position and privilege.

CHINA CONTROLS CRITICAL MINERALS AND METALS

Sunday, September 27th, 2020

WASHINGTON EXAMINER

China wants to own the road

It has been clear for some time that the People’s Republic of China intends to displace the United States as a hegemonic power. But Western leaders have been unwilling to recognize the failed strategy of integration and make the badly needed adjustments.

Seduced by the conceit that the fall of the Soviet Union heralded the triumph of a liberal world order of free trade and interdependence, the U.S. and other liberal countries invited China to join the World Trade Organization, believing that China would happily accept the tenets of a liberal economic order and “play by the rules” of that order.

Unfortunately, the hope that China would liberalize as it was integrated into an ever more connected world has been dashed on the rocks of geopolitical reality. Instead, Beijing has emerged as an economic and military rival while remaining unwaveringly committed to authoritarianism. And it does so all as it exploits the global system to improve its position at the expense of liberal states, most notably the U.S.

It’s not as though it’s too soon to understand China’s strategy either. China has refused to play by the economic rules, employing massive government support for Chinese firms and atrocious environmental and labor standards to upend global markets. It has pulled one key American industry and supply chain after another into its orbit, eliminating millions of U.S. jobs along the way. It is garnering the privileges of a system without practicing any of its responsibilities to the other participants of that system.

There are, finally, promising signs of change. The Trump administration has refused to acquiesce to China’s economic predation. In Congress, bipartisan support is building to stop the further erosion of critical American industries and to reinvigorate others that have been allowed to atrophy. The supply chain shock of the pandemic has served as a much-needed wake-up call. Overreliance on China and Chinese-controlled supply chains has become a major problem.

FORD FOUNDATION AND CHINA

How the Ford Foundation Became an Instrument of Chinese Foreign Policy

On the eve of Donald Trump’s inauguration, 150 Democratic Party loyalists flocked to a strategy meeting hosted by far-left group Media Matters. Democrat donors, and activists, who were reeling from Hillary Clinton’s stinging defeat, used the confab to draw up the blueprint of the “resistance” movement.

In attendance was Hillary Clinton’s senior advisor on social justice, Maya Harris—sister of Vice President candidate Kamala Harris. Maya Harris led the “Trump’s First 100 Days” session described this way on the conference agenda:

After winning the Electoral College, Trump has the legal authority, but his opposition has the moral authority—and the moral responsibility—to resist his policies, corrupt deals and bad actor nominees at every turn.

Harris knew a thing or two about resistance. Prior to joining Clinton’s campaign in November 2015, Harris was VP at the Ford Foundation during the time the organization began bankrolling the groups that make up the Black Lives Matter movement.

A little historical background may help explain how America’s second wealthiest foundation has become so toxic. Ford foundation was founded in the 30s by auto king Henry Ford and his son Edsel as a way to shield the Ford Motor company’s profits from confiscatory taxes. The organization embraced a  “socially conscious” grantmaking role in the 60s. Heather MacDonald of the Manhattan Institute writes that the charity “sparked the key revolution in the foundation worldview: the idea that foundations were to improve the lot of mankind not by building lasting institutions but by challenging existing ones.”

Accordingly, the Ford Foundation concentrates its U.S. efforts on challenging the undergirding of America’s founding institutions with its training and funding some of the Marxist groups involved in the plundering some 140 cities across the country.  The recent spate of Black Lives Matter protests and riots has cost U.S. cities collectively $2 billion in property damage, according to the Insurance Information Institute.

Meanwhile, in Beijing, the Ford Foundation is helping the Chinese government make money and enhance its reputation at home and abroad.

The Ford Foundation is one of a handful of foreign charities currently allowed inside China, where it has operated since 1979. Their ostensible goal early on was to help China improve its underdeveloped education and agricultural systems.

But Ford’s direction changed when the Chinese government enacted a law that gave security forces control over foreign charities in 2017. With that, Ford’s work in China fell under the supervision of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CAFFC), who is the face of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) foreign influence agency according to the U.S. State Department.

SENATE REPORT RELEASED RE HUNTER BIDEN

Senate report slams Bidens for conflicts of interest, flags possible criminal activity

GOP-led investigation cites ‘glaring’ evidence of Burisma bribe, suspicious foreign money transfers and sex trafficking.

By John Solomon   September 23, 2020

A year-long Senate investigation concluded Wednesday that Hunter Biden’s efforts to cash in on foreign business deals during his father’s vice presidency raised alarm among U.S. government officials, who perceived an ethical conflict of interest and flagged concerns about possible criminal activity ranging from bribery to sex trafficking.

The long-awaited joint report by the GOP-led Senate Homeland and Government Affairs and Senate Finance Committees delivered several blockbuster revelations less than two months before Election Day, suggesting Obama administration officials ignored clear warning signs about ethical conflicts and possible extortion risks involving Joe Biden’s family.

Perhaps the most explosive revelation was that the U.S. Treasury Department flagged payments collected overseas by Hunter Biden and business partner Devon Archer for possible illicit activities.

The so-called Suspicious Activity Reports flagged millions of dollars in transactions from the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings, a Russian oligarch named Yelena Baturina, and Chinese businessmen with ties to Beijing’s communist government, the report said. Senate investigators have yet to determine if the FBI or others investigated the concerns.

“The Treasury records acquired by the Chairmen show potential criminal activity relating to transactions among and between Hunter Biden, his family, and his associates with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh and Chinese nationals,” the 87-page report disclosed, confirming an earlier report in Just the News.

The report, citing U.S. government records, also raised concerns about possible ties to sex and human trafficking rings. “Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring,” the report said.

I WAS A NEVER TRUMPER. NOT ANYMORE

Sunday, September 20th, 2020

THE WALL STREET JOURNAL

I Was Never Trump. Not Anymore.

He has weaknesses, but his presidency has been successful.

By Michael I. Krauss  Mr. Krauss is a professor emeritus of law at George Mason University.  September 3, 2020

In 2016 I wrote in the name of Rep. Paul Ryan for president. I knew that the policies Hillary Clinton advocated were detrimental to the nation, but I simply couldn’t bring myself to vote for her rival. I found Donald Trump boorish and misogynistic, and I was dumbfounded that he had captured the GOP nomination. When the dust settled in November 2016, I was glad Mrs. Clinton was defeated. But I winced whenever I heard the president-elect speak.

Back then I thought I was a Never Trumper. Now I realize I was wrong. If the election took place today, I would vote to re-elect President Trump.

I still find Mr. Trump’s style grating, and I cringe at his narcissism. Some of his junior subordinates are wanting in talent or experience. His friendliness with the dictators of Russia and North Korea is wrong-headed, even dangerous. As for ethics, I believe he hasn’t sufficiently ensured that his hotel empire derives no profit from hosting U.S. and foreign government officials. And I think the president clearly doesn’t understand the principle of mutual gains from trade.

Notwithstanding these weaknesses, I believe that the Trump presidency has been, to a large extent, successful. Mr. Trump survived a politicized, even somewhat corrupt impeachment campaign. He has confronted a once-in-a-century virus of foreign origin in good faith and with candor. Despite often-contemptuous hostility by the elite press, and outright civil disobedience by several federal judges, the president has performed his duties and genuinely tried to keep his promises.

He not only insisted that immigration conform to the rule of law, but advocated for and (where legally permitted) built a border wall. The president has appointed more than 200 federal judges, most of whom are superb and committed to finding the law, not making it up. He has followed through on his promise to reduce taxes and to begin deregulating the economy, creating a remarkable boom that reduced unemployment for minorities to the lowest rates ever recorded.
