The 2024 presidential race increasingly looks like it will be decided by lawyers, not voters, as Democrats unveil plans for America’s first lawfare election

The fix is in. To “protect democracy,” democracy is already being canceled. We just haven’t admitted the implications of this to ourselves yet.
On Sunday, January 14th, NBC News ran an eye-catching story: “Fears grow that Trump will use the military in ‘dictatorial ways’ if he returns to the White House.” It described “a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers” that is “quietly” making plans to “foil any efforts to expand presidential power” on the part of Donald Trump.
The piece quoted an array of former high-ranking officials, all insisting Trump will misuse the Department of Defense to execute civilian political aims. Since Joe Biden’s team “leaked” a strategy memo in late December listing “Trump is an existential threat to democracy” as Campaign 2024’s central talking point, surrogates have worked overtime to insert existential or democracy in quotes. This was no different:
“We’re about 30 seconds away from the Armageddon clock when it comes to democracy,” said Bill Clinton’s Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, adding that Trump is “a clear and present danger to our democracy.” Skye Perryman of Democracy Forward, one of the advocacy groups organizing the “loose” coalition, said, “We believe this is an existential moment for American democracy.” Declared former CIA and defense chief Leon Panetta: “Like any good dictator, he’s going to try to use the military to basically perform his will.”
Former Acting Assistant Attorney General for National Security at the U.S. Department of Justice and current visiting Georgetown law professor Mary McCord was one of the few coalition participants quoted by name. She said:
We’re already starting to put together a team to think through the most damaging types of things that he [Trump] might do so that we’re ready to bring lawsuits if we have to.
The group was formed by at least two organizations that have been hyperactive in filing lawsuits against Trump and Trump-related figures over the years: the aforementioned Democracy Forward, chaired by former Perkins Coie and Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Marc Elias, and Protect Democracy, a ubiquitous non-profit run by a phalanx of former Obama administration lawyers like Ian Bassin, and funded at least in part by LinkedIn magnate Reid Hoffman.

EXCERPT FROM THIS ARTICLE: The Penn Biden Center is a supposed “think tank” created just for Joe Biden when he stepped down as Vice-President in 2016. It is supposedly focused on our China policy and relations with Communist China. It is, in fact, a propaganda arm of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It toes the CCP line and parrots the talking points of Xi Jinping. During the pandemic, it focused much of its attention on branding anyone who said COVID came from a lab in Wuhan as racist and xenophobic.
The Penn Biden Center is awash in Chinese money. During the period between Biden stepping down as Vice-President and his election as President the Center received $61 million from Beijing. It does not account for the source of these funds as required by law. It has refused multiple requests to explain how it gets all this money from China or what it does in exchange for the cash.
The Penn Biden Center never criticizes Chinese policy. It shamelessly repeats the blatant lies of the Chinese Communists on every topic.
The Penn Biden Center is affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. It was established around Joe Biden after he left the Vice-Presidency. That means it was created after Joe left federal service. The office in which the documents were found did not exist prior to Joe becoming a private citizen. He could not have inadvertently transported documents there during his time as Vice-President, because there was no Penn Biden Center then.

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: A 26-year-old Palestinian migrant is facing hate crime charges in New York after police say he stole a homeowner’s U.S. and Israeli flags out of his yard and then beat the man to the ground while yelling antisemitic slurs.
“These are not the type of people who come to America like my great-grandparents did, like your great-grandparents and grandparents and parents who came to America to kiss the ground,” Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman told reporters Tuesday.

In a pair of articles on his Racket News website, “Twitter Files” reporter Matt Taibbi uncovers corrupt, systematic, and longstanding efforts by leading Democrats to stop the election of Donald J. Trump in 2024 or, at a minimum, cripple his presidency before it can get off the ground.
Taibbi, who, it should be noted, was once a darling of the progressive left while working as a columnist for the New York Press and Rolling Stone, has in recent years become one of the left’s top critics as an independent investigative journalist. He and fellow disaffected liberal Michael Shellenberger have broken major stories about the federal government’s involvement in online censorship on issues like pandemic lockdown policies and the 2020 election as part of their “Twitter Files” coverage, and Taibbi has become a leading detractor of the corporate media and the political establishment in both parties.
In his most recent work, a 4,200 word article that should have every American citizen concerned about the future of free and fair elections in the United States, Taibbi writes, “The 2024 presidential race increasingly looks like it will be decided by lawyers, not voters, as Democrats unveil plans for America’s first lawfare election… To ‘protect democracy,’ democracy is already being canceled. We just haven’t admitted the implications of this to ourselves yet.”
As Taibbi outlines, the Democrat establishment is already engaged in a systematic effort to ensure that Biden remains in the White House beyond 2024. One part of this effort is the series of lawsuits in a number of states to remove Trump from the ballot. Another is ensuring that Biden has no serious primary threat – something which has, according to Taibbi’s sources, been accomplished through threatening would-be challengers.
Meanwhile, the corporate media has launched a propaganda campaign to convince the American people that Trump would be a “dictator” were he to win this fall. Mainstream pundits and journalists have in unison begun hammering the line that Trump is an “existential threat to democracy” and suggesting that Trump would use the military to go after his personal enemies.
Most chillingly, as Taibbi describes, we’ve seen this same sort of effort before. As he relays and as many major news outlets reported in the months leading up to the 2020 election, a group called the “Transition Integrity Project” (TIP) – comprised of top power players in Democrat circles like current Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm and Hillary Clinton campaign manager John Podesta, as well as nominal “conservatives” who had become anti-Trump fanatics – had gathered to “wargame” contested election scenarios.

83 million?
Donald Trump in furor stormed out of a New York courtroom for a while, in the defamation suit brought by author and dating/boyfriend/sex-advice columnist E. Jean Carroll.
It was just settled against Trump for $83.3 million! The Carroll suit was largely subsidized by Reid Hoffman the billionaire capitalist, and mega-donor to the Democratic Party and leftwing causes.
The subtext of Trump’s rage, aside from the outrageous monetary size of the defamation ruling, is that he was facing—and angered—a leftwing claimant, a quite hostile leftwing judge, and a leftwing New York jury.
The civil suit serves as a mere preview of four additional leftwing criminal prosecutions, leftwing judges, and leftwing juries to come—all on charges that would never had been filed if Trump either had not run for president or been a liberal progressive.
Yet here we are.
The E. Jean Carroll case is the most baffling of all five. She, the alleged victim, did not remember even the year in which the purported sexual assault took place, nearly three decades ago. Observers have pointed out dozens of inconsistencies in her story.
It was never clear what were the preliminaries that supposedly (Trump denies meeting her) led both, allegedly, willingly to retreat together to a department store dressing room, where during normal business hours the alleged violence took place.
Moreover, the sexual assault complaint came forward decades post facto—and only after Trump was running for and then president.
Carroll eventually sued him for battery, but well after the statute of limitations had expired and thus the case seemed defunct.
Her claims of defamation injuries arise from being fired from her advice column job at ELLE magazine.
She claimed that Trump’s sharp denials and ad hominem retorts led to her career ruin. But the loss for anyone of a column at 76 does not seem such a rare occurrence, and the absence of a salaried job in one’s late seventies for four years does not seem to equate to a $83 million hit.
And note the allegation that her dispute with Trump led to her firing was strongly denied by the very magazine that cut her loose.
But then another strange thing happened. In 2022, a new law (“The Adult Survivors Act”) was passed in the New York legislature. It also post facto established a twelve-month window (beginning six months from the signing of bill) that permitted survivors of long ago alleged sexual assaults suddenly to sue the accused long-ago perpetrator—regardless of the previous statute of limitations.
That unexpected opening suddenly gave Carroll’s prior unsuccessful efforts a rebirth. And she quickly refiled with the help of arch-Trump hating billionaire Hoffman.
Yet the bill may have been introduced with Trump particularly in mind—given the legislator who introduced it, Brad Hoylman-Siga, was known as another Trump antagonist.

It is worth stopping for a moment, then, to consider what is at stake. This is not some dry, legalistic dispute. This is as real as it gets. Lives, many lives are at stake.
Ten senior retired FBI agents just signed a letter to Congress making crystal clear that the deliberate, premeditated actions of the Biden Administration will inevitably mean terrorist attacks here at home and mass casualties.
“In its modern history the U.S. has never suffered an invasion of the homeland and, yet, one is unfolding now,” the FBI agents wrote. “Military aged men from across the globe, many from countries or regions not friendly to the United States, are landing in waves on our soil by the thousands – not by splashing ashore from a ship or parachuting from a plane but rather by foot across a border that has been accurately advertised around the world as largely unprotected with ready access granted.”
“It would be difficult to overstate the danger represented by the presence inside our borders of what is comparatively a multi-division army of young single adult males from hostile nations and regions whose background, intent, or allegiance is completely unknown.”
“Any violation of the nation’s immigration laws increases risks, but the surge in numbers of single military-aged males descending upon American cities and towns is alarming and perilous.”
“Additionally, they are not just from terror-linked regions, but from China and Russia as well as hostile adversaries of the U.S. with aspirations to devastate national infrastructure.”

Dr Villa has treated over 2,000 patients who have suffered adverse effects from the covid vaccine. At the event, there were statements from numerous people whose lives had been severely affected after receiving the covid vaccine. Worst of all, finding doctors who are willing to treat these patients is extremely difficult. This was a very emotional meeting as it was heart breaking to hear how these people’s lives have been destroyed.
