CLOWARD-PIVEN STRATEGY EXPLAINED

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021

This is exactly what has been  happening in our country and was begun back in 1966.  The Far Left has been using this strategy to overwhelm our systems and destroy our country.  It is very plainly to be seen happening right now on how  our southern border is being overwhelmed and the many onerous bills that are originating in the House of Representatives — HR1 that will destroy our election system, the Equality Act that will ruin women’s sports, the  gun control bills that will reduce our rights to protect ourselves, and a ballooning national debt that will bankrupt our country. The riots from this summer by BLM and Antifa were designed to add fuel to the fire and increase racial strife and further divide our nation.  In order to fight this planned  attack on our country, we have to understand exactly what methods the Far Left/Democrat Party  is using to intimidate and silence us.     Nancy

CLOWARD-PIVEN STRATEGY  (CPS)

www.discoverthenetworks.org/organizations/clowardpiven-strategy-cps#resources

  • Strategy for forcing political change through orchestrated crisis

First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and his wife Frances Fox Piven — both longtime members of the Democratic Socialists of America, where Piven today is an honorary chair — the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles — which erupted after police used batons to subdue a black man suspected of drunk driving — Cloward and Piven published an article titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation. Following its publication, The Nation sold an unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called “crisis strategy” or “Cloward-Piven Strategy,” as it came to be called. Many were eager to put it into effect.

Tucker Carlson and Rush Limbaugh blow the lid off of the Gamestop scandal – the system is rigged

January 18, 2021

You may have heard about the Gamestop scandal dominating the news cycle. Now two conservative giants are weighing in and both are in agreement – the system is rigged.

Fox reports:

Radio host Rush Limbaugh called the on-going GameStop story “the most fascinating thing” to happen in a long time because it mirrors politics with elites trying to prevent ordinary people from benefiting – just like the political establishment has tried to hold down average Americans.

Robinhood, TD Ameritrade and others restricted trading on Thursday and Wednesday, respectively, following an unexpected surge in trading volume of shares of GameStop, AMC Entertainment, Bed Bath & Beyond, BlackBerry and others. Limbaugh feels the move was made to protect hedge fund billionaires.

“Folks, it’s not just political now. The elites are bent out of shape that a bunch of average, ordinary users have figured out how to make themselves billionaires,” Limbaugh said on Thursday. “I’ve been studying it all morning and the best thing I can tell you is… whatever you think is going on in politics, Washington establishment, the Deep State, what have you, it’s the same thing in finance.”

Limbaugh said there are “those who are allowed to make a lot of money” and those who can’t.

Tucker Carlson had an amazing segment on the scandal and his takeaway was clear as well.

10 MYTHS DEBUNKED RE THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE

Wednesday, August 19th, 2020

Fact Check: Debunking 10 Myths About the US Postal Service

David Ditch @davidaditch /  August 18, 2020

MYTH No. 1: The Postal Service is removing sorting machines to sabotage delivery

REALITY: The volume of mail has plunged in recent decades, due to the spread of electronic communication. As a result, the amount of infrastructure needed to manage the flow of mail also has declined.

The Postal Service has been consolidating operations for years to reduce costs, a practice that predates President Donald Trump.

MYTH No. 2: The Postal Service is removing collection boxes to block mail-in ballots.

REALITY: The Postal Service has more than 141,000 blue collection boxes spread across the country. Those boxes are moved regularly from low-demand to high-demand areas to maximize efficiency.

Photos of those boxes on the backs of trucks are part of standard operating procedure, rather than proof of a nefarious, anti-election plot.

Despite that, the Postal Service has decided to pause any further moving of boxes until after the election as a result of the online panic.

MYTH No. 3: The Postal Service is locking collection boxes to prevent public access.

REALITY: Locked caps are sometimes put on collection boxes in areas where there is a rash of mail theft. Employees place the caps after the final pickup of the day and remove them in the morning, since collection box theft is overwhelmingly done at night.

This practice also predates the Trump administration.

PANDEMICS AND POWER

Saturday, May 9th, 2020

Now this is really something to be worried about.  China’s gaining control of valuable assets throughout the world.  It is very likely  that China let the virus spread throughout the world for the purpose of weakening our economies.  Why else would the Communist Party stop flights from Wuhan to other cities in China while letting international flights out of Wuhan travel to all parts of the world?  When financially desperate countries can no longer service their debt to China, the Chinese Communist Party seizes control of that country’s  assets which could be an important waterway or strategic asset.  The Chinese are masters at playing chess while the rest of us are playing checkers !!!   Nancy
THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER
PANDEMICS AND POWER
China could emerge from coronavirus even stronger unless the free world frees itself from Beijing dependence
By Tyler Grant  Tyler Grant is a writer and attorney   April 23, 2020

During times of war and chaos, someone profits. As the world continues to reel from the coronavirus pandemic, businesses have shuttered, families have lost loved ones, and governments at the federal, state, and local levels have scrambled to provide adequate resources to the public. Meanwhile, after lying to international health organizations and governments around the world, China seeks to repair its public image and capitalize on a pandemic it allowed to wreak havoc on the world.

Beijing is positioned to recover faster than its competitors, including the United States. Why that is contains a lesson for America going forward, if we don’t want to be back in this position again.

In 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced a plan to expand China’s global footprint in infrastructure projects abroad called the “Belt and Road Initiative.” What followed was a series of projects aimed at connecting over 65 countries with access to financing in excess of $1 trillion. The relationships span the globe, even including ambitions to control the Arctic Circle. The initiative has given China significant access to resources, economic zones, and trade routes. According to the China Africa Research Initiative at Johns Hopkins University, from “2000 to 2017, the Chinese government, banks and contractors signed $146 billion in loan commitments to African governments and their state-owned enterprises.” Foreign Policy reports, “Djibouti, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Maldives, Mongolia, Pakistan, and Montenegro … owe more than 45% of their gross domestic products to Beijing over Belt and Road projects.”

And thanks to the Chinese Communist Party’s lack of political or economic competition at home, it has been able to lend money on terms advantageous to Beijing — and only Beijing. Azeem Ibrahim, a professor at the Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College, notes, “Beijing is becoming adept at translating outstanding debts into foreign assets.” The Belt and Road program largely relies on low-interest credit facilities collateralized by borrowing countries’ infrastructure or natural resources. Due to the poor credit of the sovereign borrower or low expectation of performance of the asset in question, many call China’s practice a form of “neo-colonialism” or “creditor imperialism” through what’s called “debt-trap diplomacy.” The Institute for Security Studies has gone so far as to call China’s behavior a “predatory system designed to ensnare countries into a straightjacket of debt servitude.”

How this works in practice: Borrowers that are unable to fulfill their loan obligations cede tremendous bargaining leverage to the Chinese when they seek to restructure the debt. If they default, the Chinese government simply seizes control of the asset. For example, the Sri Lankan government entered into a credit deal with the Chinese for a port (which reports indicate was a shaky bet, financially, from the start). When the asset didn’t perform to the terms of the contract, Sri Lanka granted China a 99-year lease on the port, including over 150,000 acres of land surrounding it. Just like that, the Chinese Communist Party gained control over a major waterway of another country.

THE CENTURY OF BIOWEAPONS

Tuesday, May 5th, 2020

THE WALL STREET JOURNAL

The Century of Bioweapons

The coronavirus’s disruptive effects will inevitably inspire evil minds to action

by Walter Russell Mead    April 28, 2020
EXCERPT FROM THIS ARTICLE: Imagine a country whose scientists produced something like the coronavirus and also a vaccine. The virus could be released, causing chaos and destruction, but one could protect one’s own people from the plague—and offer the vaccine to the world if one’s demands were met. Now imagine a jihadist group or other criminal organization with the same power.

Over time, the danger will grow as humanity develops better and more efficient ways to hack the genetic code and create organisms on demand. Biological laboratories, even sophisticated ones, are cheaper to build and easier to hide than the factories necessary to enrich uranium and develop nuclear weapons.

Covid-19 does not appear to be a genetically engineered plague unleashed on the world by supervillains—but its massive global impact shows how effective such a weapon could be. That will have consequences.

The current pandemic, we may hope, won’t live up to its full hype. It may be less destructive and even less costly than many feared. Reliable treatments may soon become available, and societies will figure out ways to protect the most vulnerable while allowing the normal business of life to resume. Covid-19 will presumably at some point become through antiviral therapies a manageable hazard, like HIV/AIDS before it, or be conquered by a vaccine.

Yet less than three months after the first known Covid-19 death in the U.S., more Americans have died of this disease than fell in battle during the Vietnam War. It has disrupted more lives, thrown more people out of work, and at least temporarily closed more businesses than the Great Depression.

And of course the U.S. is not alone. Much of the world has been shut down; global trade has been upended in ways not seen since World War II, and the spreading economic and geopolitical fallout from the pandemic is already on course to dwarf the consequences of the 2008-09 financial crisis.

COVID-19 AND THE APPROACHING NEW NORMAL

COVID-19 and the approaching new normal

By Terry Mudge

The COVID-19 mantra, “we’re all in this together,” is echoed in advertisements, by conservatives, liberals, and public service announcements.  The new heroes are fast food and grocery workers.  Being a good citizen is obeying stay-at-home mandates for the safety of others.  Feel-good stories of people working together contrast the stories of hospitals as war zones.  The daily COVID-19 death toll resurrects memories for us older folks of the Vietnam War’s daily casualty counts.

Can Americans be so naïve they don’t see this crisis for what it is?  COVID-19 is being used to usher in a new morality in alignment with a globalist population monitor-and-control system under the guise of public safety.  Let’s look at the facts globalists don’t want Americans to add together.

·         Economies across the globe are significantly compromised.

·         Business-owners have suffered the loss of property without due process or compensation.

·         Stay-at-home mandates, effectively jailing people in their homes.

·         No criteria established to measure the consequences of stay-at-home mandates or the shutdown of the economy.

·         No right of assembly.

·         Churches closed.

·         Courts have been closed so there can be no redress of grievances.

·         No guidelines have been established for return to normal.

·         Misinformation: Models are consistently wrong, and data used for assumptions are not explained to the public.

·         A shift of governance to bureaucrats — “experts” who contradict one another and themselves almost daily.

VIDEO – CONSPIRACY THEORY OR FACTUAL ?

Sunday, March 22nd, 2020

I have debated with myself about posting  this video  as some people consider David Icke a conspiracy theorist.  Many of the points that he makes in this video are very intriguing and plausible.  Since we are close to a global economic crisis, I decided to send it out and you can decide for yourself if you agree with his statements regarding the world’s reaction to the coronavirus.  Nancy

David Icke Explains How the Elite are Using Coronavirus to Reshape the Global Economy

“This coronavirus hysteria gives them an excuse to do what they’re doing, and the consequences of what they’re doing is to dismantle the world economic system.” – David Icke

On Wednesday, David Icke appeared as a guest on London Real to discuss his perspective on the coronavirus and the global lockdown happening right now. The greater implication, he says, is that while people are in a state of fear, they are passively allowing increasing authoritarian controls over their lives, and that this new power grab will not be rolled out when the crisis ends.

The types of government totalitarianism that are being pushed amid the coronavirus outbreak include the encouragement of going cashless, mandatory vaccinations, and most importantly, vast economic controls which we have never seen before this event.

“The way the whole economic system is being shut down is suicide. What happens when it reaches a point where in its present state it cannot survive?” – David Icke

In most US states, local governments have closed down restaurants, bars, hair salons, and coffee houses against the interests of business owners as a means to stop the spread of the coronavirus. As a result, millions of people have already lost their jobs and are unsure about whether they will be able to pay rent. Governments claim that without extreme measures, many more will die, and hospital beds will overfill.

“You have to keep the reaction in proportion to the problem,” David says. “so maybe more needs doing in parts of Italy.

Who cares about public pension liability? Well, you should – after all, it’s the reason entire cities and even states are facing bankruptcy.
