On Tuesday, February 4, 2014, The ICON (Issues Confronting Our Nation) took an in-depth look at the Affordable Care Act. The guest speakers were:

Their presentation was a thorough analysis of how the Affordable Care Act will affect physicians, insurance companies, small business and , also, how the taxpayers will be affected over the next decade as the costs and consequences of this healthcare act will become more evident.
A special ICON Lecture on the subject of Immigration will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 7 p.m. at the Levin Jewish Community Center, 1937 W. Conrnwall Road, Durham.
