NORMANDY/OMAHA BEACH CEMETERIES SHUT DOWN

This article brings out the information of Obama shutting down the  Normandy American Cemetery  and Memorial at Omaha Beach in France plus 100 other cemeteries  in France.  I have personally visited  Omaha Beach and seen the vertical cliff that our soldiers had to scale.  Even climbed down into the German bunker  near Omaha Beach where the Germans positioned themselves to fire at our incoming ships and troops on D Day.  You can actually look through the slits in the wall of the German bunker   where the German gunners placed their guns that mowed down our incoming troops.   One lasting impression I had when leaving the German bunker – there was an elderly Frenchman fellow tourist with a beret on his head. He was urinating on the side of the  German bunker to show his utter contempt for the Germans.  On another trip, I went to see General Paton’s gravesite in Belguim.  Row after row of white crosses of men and possibly women who died for us.

War Vets, WAR MEMORIAL, Obama
In the end history will remember that it was the league of grandfathers and great grandfathers with time-creased faces—35,000 World War II veterans who dropped the mask on a cruel, self-centered and cold-hearted president, showing the world for once and for all who President Barack Obama really is.

EXCERPT FROM THIS ARTICLE:   Honoring  the war dead is anathema to Marxists on the rise.

Not only did Obama personally have barricaded the War Memorial the vets came to Washington, D.C. to honour, his government shutdown closed the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial where tourists travelling to Omaha Beach come to pay their respects to the 9,387 military dead.

“The site overlooking the D-Day invasion beaches is one of 24 U.S. military cemeteries overseas that have closed to visitors since Monday.  Ten more cemeteries in France, as well as others in various European countries as well as Mexico, Panama, Tunisia and the Philippines, will remain closed for the duration of the shutdown.” (AP, Oct. 2, 2013)

Honoring  the war dead is anathema

to Marxists on the rise.

And what Obama is doing to the Walking Wounded is just as painful.  Many of the 35,000 Second World War vets in their 80s and 90s are making their visit to the memorial in wheel chairs.  It is the trip of a lifetime for 99% of them,  who have never seen their memorial.  Internet pictures show how these up-in-age heroes are sporting the new clothes provided by loving relatives.

Why would that matter to a president who allowed grocery stores on Army bases in the U.S. to close while the golf course at Andrews Air Force base remains open?

The reign of hate-filled spite,  media-dubbed as ‘Barrycades’ even includes George Washington’s beloved Mount Vernon, which happens to be privately run.

The iconic Philadelphia restaurant, City Tavern, which opened for the first time in 1773 and was frequented by the nation’s founding fathers, has been forced to close its doors and turn away booked parties. (nbcphiladelphia.com, Oct. 3, 2013)

Even in their golden years, the vets of World War II, who sacrificed life and limb for liberty and freedom, have left younger generations a real parting gift.

It is the veterans who showed the world what is behind the mask of President Barack Obama: cruelty towards the aging soldiers of the greatest generation of our time and blatant anti-Americanism.

Of all the punishment Obama has cavalierly meted out since his November 4, 2008 election,  this is the one that will leave him most reviled.

Americans are fighting angry, not the least of them popular radio talk show patriot Mark Levin.

“I want to say this loud and clear to the people on Capitol Hill who are listening, to this administration,” Levin said on his radio show last night.  “You lay one damn hand on one of those World War II vets at that memorial and I’ll bring half a million people to that damn memorial! You got that?!

“I’m sitting here stewing thinking about this – playing these damn games? You’ll ignite a movement in this country like you’ve never seen before! The biker patriot army – veterans from all over the country, every single war and battle in this country, Republican, Democrat, Independent, whatever!

“I’ll be damned if one president, with his feet up on the desk in the oval office, with a smirk on his face, looking at his golf card…I’ll be damned if this president or anybody else is going to shut down that WWII memorial. Period! These men are in their 80s and 90s.

“So let me repeat! You lay one hand on one of those men and arrest them for going to their memorial, which they fought for, which was not paid by you dammit, it was paid by the American people – we will come out of every town and city in this nation! We will come out of every county. And both coasts! Both borders! And we will march on Washington against your tyranny!”

Patriots, fighting Obama in his arrogant Fundamental Transformation of America, (read the deliberate and crazed Takedown of America), know they stand at least a fighting chance to return their country to the status it earned long before Obama came along to topple the U.S.

Obama will be strutting his stuff for photo-ops on upcoming Veterans Day.  But this time, it will only serve as a reminder of his hypocrisy for the masses.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.

—In Flanders Fields, Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae

Patriots should take heart on the latest ‘Barrycade’ efforts aimed to cause pain because during it all, there is one thing World War II vets proved to the world:  Real life heroes, who stormed the beaches of Normandy and Iwo Jima are so much better than politicians who bestow their own phony names on themselves before going on to make themselves ‘president’.
