PHOTOS – GOP AWARDS CHRISTMAS PARTY

Thursday, December 18th, 2014

On Tuesday, December 16, 2014, The Durham County GOP held its Awards Christmas Party at the Parizade Restaurant in Durham, North Carolina. An award was given to Valerie Johnson for her outstanding work as the Chair of the very active Black Republican Committee that is doing excellent work in their outreach to the Black community of Durham. The success in this endeavor of the Durham GOP should hopefully be an example for other Republican groups throughout our country. We all need to work together for successful future elections.

PHOTOS – DIANA WEST, AUTHOR OF ‘AMERICAN BETRAYAL’ SPEAKS AT ICON LECTURE SERIES

Thursday, June 20th, 2013

JUNE 18, 2013

Diana West, author of the newly released book, ‘American Betrayal, The Secret Assault on Our Nation’s Character’ was the guest speaker at the first ICON (Issues Confronting Our Nation) Lecture Series in Durham, North Carolina on June 18, 2013.  Diana gave chilling details from her new book that reveals not just the familiar struggle between communism and the Free World, but the hidden war between  those wishing to conceal the truth and those trying to expose the increasingly official web of lies.  American Betrayal shatters the approved histories of the time period from the build up to WW II through the end of the Cold War.  Diana argues that deception and self-deception by many of our government officials during that time sent us down the long road to ‘political correctness’ and other cultural ills that have left us unable to ask the hard questions:  Does our silence on the crimes of Communism explain our silence on the totalitarianism of Islam?  Is Uncle Sam once again betraying America?

In American Betrayal, Diana West shakes the historical record to bring down a new understanding of our past, our present, and how we have become a nation unable to know truth from lies.

PHOTOS FROM NEW ORLEANS SPRING BOARD MEETING OF THE NFRW, MARCH 15 – 17, 2012

Sunday, March 25th, 2012

The following photos are from the Spring Board Meeting of the National Federation of Republican Women in New Orleans, March 15 – 17, 2012.    Republican women  from clubs all over the country who  attended this meeting were treated to wonderful speakers and very informative workshops.  One of our workshop speakers, Anita Moncrief, is a former dedicated Democrat who worked for ACORN.   When she discovered the corruption in ACORN, she became a political activist   trying to get the truth out about this organization.   In the weeks ahead, I will be giving more information about Anita as she is now a blogger and has her own website.

Since this three-day meeting coincided with St Patrick’s Day on the 17th,  I’ve included photos of the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the French Quarter which as you will see, was a lot of fun.   Hope you enjoy the photos  and join us for our next Federation meeting  which will be in Louisville, Kentucky in September, 2012.   Nancy
