POLICE PULL OVER ‘ISLAMIC REFUGEE’

Tuesday, June 5th, 2018

www.svijmedia.com/2018/06/02/alert-police-pull-over-islamic-refugee-horrified-to-see-what-was-in-the-car/

Police in New Mexico pulled over a vehicle only to find that it was being driven by an undocumented, Middle Eastern woman. However, the situation got worse when they saw what she had in the car with her at the time – and it put the surrounding area on high alert.

Judicial Watch indicates that a deputy sheriff in Luna County, New Mexico pulled over an unidentified “Islamic refugee” for an undisclosed reason. However, the minor traffic infraction turned into so much more when the police officer found plans for a gas pipeline in her possession.

The plans include the region around the small town of Deming about 35 miles north of the Mexican border and 60 miles west of Las Cruces. Thanks to high unemployment, poverty, crime and a horrible public education system, Deming has been named No. 1 on a list of the “ten worst places” to live in New Mexico. The entire region is considered a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area due to large amounts of meth, heroin, cocaine and marijuana smuggled through the state by Mexican traffickers. The brutal Juárez and Sinaloa cartels operate in that area. [Source: Truth Revolt]

The pipeline is in Deming, New Mexico, and U.S. Border Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) have been sent to the area to investigate. Unfortunately, the discovery could only be indicative of what is to come.

THE UNITED NATIONS CONTROLS OUR BORDER

It is way past time  to build the wall  and to leave the United nations   Nancy

Daniel Greenfield’s article: The Real Border Problem is Bigger Than a Wall

The invading caravan from Central America finally reached the United States. Some members of the caravan crossed the border illegally and were arrested. Others may have made it through undetected.

Still others openly applied for asylum and had their applications processed at the San Ysidro port of entry at the border. They were selected by the radical anti-American group, Pueblo Sin Fronteras, as the best representatives of their invasion of the United States. Others just headed straight for the hills.

The Goat Canyon area has one of the biggest gaps and is a popular crossing spot for illegal migrants. There’s an 8-foot tall fence in poor condition and a woefully incomplete secondary fence. Fencing in the area dates back to Operation Gatekeeper in the 90s which reduced migrant traffic, but didn’t stop it. After leveling hills and building miles of fencing, the area is still a dangerous illegal alien magnet. Chemical and sewage dumping from Mexico made parts of the area too hazardous to patrol. It’s so bad that Border Patrol personnel have become ill and an environmental group called off a cleanup because of the high fecal content. One agent experienced chemical burns in his lungs while checking a grate.

Goat Canyon is one of the most compelling arguments for Trump’s wall. And for more than a wall.

Migrant alien males can cross illegally. Families usually turn themselves in to the Border Patrol and are quickly released because there are no local facilities to detain them, turning border patrol personnel into coyotes. But this time the Justice Department decided to send a message to the illegal caravan.

11 members of the caravan who crossed illegally were charged. Many were arrested crossing in groups with other illegal aliens from around the world. 6 out of 7 arrested by one agent were from El Salvador, the home of the violent MS-13 gang which has been taking over parts of America. Another arrest took place with three illegal migrants from India. Goat Canyon had previously hosted large groups of gypsies.

The DOJ had made it clear to caravan members that they would be arrested. But because of the law, they can only be charged with a misdemeanor. Only Olvin Herrera-Romero, who was identified as having been previously deported to Honduras in 2008 through his fingerprints, can be charged with a felony.

Under Obama, the U.S. Sentencing Commission made changes that generally cut sentences for illegal reentry. The average sentence for illegal reentry is 18 months. Even hardened criminals usually come away with lighter sentences than the guidelines might indicate. Deportation is a revolving door and the Sentencing Commission’s report found that 38% of illegal reentry offenders had a previous illegal entry conviction or deportation. 62% had been convicted of at least one criminal offense after illegal reentry.

THE OUTRAGEOUS SPENDING BILL

Sunday, March 25th, 2018

Thanks to Anthony Bruno for sharing this analysis of the outrageous and obscene omnibus bill that President Trump just signed.  Particularly offensive is  the tax payers’ money that is going to other countries.  It is shameful that in order to fund our military, all sorts of pork barrel spending was included in this bill. Congress is irresponsible with the money that is entrusted to them from the American taxpayer.  We need to replace these big spenders with true fiscal conservatives.
Be sure to scroll down to Rush Limbaugh’s transcript of today’s program regarding this bill.     Nancy
Those of us that understand the dis-ingenuousness of politicians who promise but never
deliver are seeing once again the Congress has passed a six month budget that will cost us
more than $1 trillion, ‘funded’ with debt and will not address important issues that will
now have to wait until 2020 when another budget will be due!
Three key campaign issues of President Trump, defunding of Planned Parenthood and
sanctuary cities, and building the wall on the Southern border are not included in this
budget to the satisfaction of Democrats and half of Republicans than couldn’t care
less about the president’s promise to the people that elected him.
Even one issue Democrats say are deeply concerned about, ‘Dreamers’, DACA children
are also not protected, even though it really doesn’t hurt their cause as until legislation
is written they’re here to stay and the “chain’ of relatives also will not be deported.
This was enough to warrant a presidential veto which did not occur, but, will it be
enough to give Democrats a Congressional majority in November?
What else is in this legislative concoction? The following are requests from the Trump
Administration which were rejected.
1. No increased in the number of ICE ( Immigration and Customs Enforcement)
2. Detention centers for apprehended illegals are not being increased.
3. Sanctuary cities will continue to be funded.
4. Only 33 miles of new fencing on the Texas border will be funded,  none may
resemble the wall prototypes being tested.
5. Funding to enhance border security of nations in conflict in the Middle East,
not here in the United States.
6. African Development Foundation, Corporation for National Community Service,
Corporation for Public Broadcasting ALL will receive funding.
7. The National Endowment for the Arts & Humanities did get a cut, $1000 less than
the combined $300 million received in previous budget!
8. Woodrow Wilson Center, a “think tank”  receives $12 million.
9. Planned Parenthood gets $500 million a year.
Many organizations on this list are self sustaining, pay their executives and employees
handsomely, yet each year they grovel to Congress for more funding, all indifferent
to the great debt taxpayers carry.

ANALYSIS OF TRUMP’S DACA PROPOSAL

Friday, January 26th, 2018

Thanks to Mike Scruggs for sharing his comments and this article by Mark Krikorian who was an ICON guest speaker last year.     Nancy

Here is the Center for Immigration Studies’ Krikorian on Trump 1.8 million DACA/Dreamer Amnesty.

I liked the Goodlate-Labrador House bill and the Cotton-Perdue RAISE bill in the Senate much better.

Trump’s proposal may get 60 votes in the Senate, but the American people and especially conservatives in the GOP may regret the actual results in a few years.

I am very disappointed with Trump’s latest proposal but maybe it can be fixed–fixed a lot–See Krikorian’s article.

In my opinion, without E-Verify and Visa Control the wall will only be about 25% effective.

Most will just get a legal visa and ignore its expiration.

See below for Krikorian’s article.  Why do these politicians not consult with the Center for Immigration Studies before they announce a plan?   Mike Scruggs

The Art of the Choke

By Mark Krikorian on January 25, 2018

The White House immigration outline was released today and it’s not good. It could change tomorrow, for all we know, but as it stands now, this is a preemptive surrender on several issues.

The enforcement component is fine, as far as it goes – there’s no E-Verify, but the White House decided months ago not to push that, thinking it would be a bridge too far for Democrats, since it impacts illegals who are already here.

But the amnesty and chain migration components are fatally flawed. The fact that the amnesty would include a path to citizenship (i.e., the beneficiaries would eventually get green cards like regular immigrants) is fine with me – if you’re going to amnesty illegal aliens, just rip off the band-aid and get it over with.

REJECTED AUSTRALIA ‘REFUGEES’ HEADED TO U.S.

Wednesday, January 24th, 2018

REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT WATCH

Australian rejected ‘refugees’ on the way to US this week!

Posted by Ann Corcoran on January 23, 2018

We can get excited about the slowdown in the normal refugee flow to America (see post yesterday), but here comes the very abnormal flow—58 of the Australia-rejected mostly single men who have been detained by the Aussies for as long as four years will now be free in America.

The deal, originally agreed to by Obama as he was walking out the door, represents an application of international refugee law that is simply unheard of and possibly illegal.

A legitimate asylum seeker is to ask for asylum in the first safe country in which he or she arrives.  If Australia rejected them, they should be returned home, not given a ticket to America!

Australian detainees on the way

Here they come, mostly Muslim young men that Australia refused to admit to its mainland.   Photo: SBS News

This batch is going to: North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia!

And, you know that resettlement contract agencies in those states know they are coming and this will all be kept secret from your ‘welcoming’ towns!

ILLEGAL ALIENS GET PRIORITY BOARDING ON COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS

Monday, January 22nd, 2018

Now illegal aliens are getting priority boarding on commercial flights?

As if commercial airline flights weren’t miserable enough, now we have Homeland Security officials escorting unscreened groups of illegals onto commercial airline flights, riding alongside paying passengers.  In another example of special treatment, the illegals board with all their luggage on a priority boarding basis, ahead of paying passengers.

It’s the return of catch-and-release, and it’s responsible for a nearly threefold surge of illegal crossers of the U.S.’s southern border in the past few months, according to Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch writes:

The illegal aliens wear red HHS wrist bands and receive “the gold glove treatment,” according to a veteran federal official, who added that the undocumented immigrants [sic] get priority boarding ahead of all other passengers, including law enforcement personnel.  “It is shameful and dangerous,” said a seasoned Homeland Security agent with direct knowledge of the secret operations.  Labor personnel from front-line Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies have complained about the cost and security risk of flying illegal alien minors to any destination of their choosing within the U.S., according to a longtime Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official present at the meetings.

Score another one for illegal immigrants being better treated by the law compared to ordinary Americans.

With this going on, what is the purpose of airline screening at all?  If someone with any background whatever (and a high number of criminals) can ride commercial without screening, why are millions of law-abiding Americans with no criminal background or terrorist ties forced to be screened?  Americans were asked to give up a lot in the wake of 9/11 due to the presence of terrorists.  The fact that illegals aren’t doing the same just underlines the uselessness of the rules.

There are also the health concerns.  Illegals by definition are unscreened for infectious and contagious diseases.  Forcing them and their unscreened luggage, which may have traveled through deserts, truck cargo holds, and other flea- and vermin-infested places, represents a health hazard all by itself.  But what’s really outrageous is that the American passengers – the elderly man in vulnerable health, the woman with small children – have no right to say “no” to sitting next to or near such passengers.  Already it’s known that in 2014, the Homeland Security agents attempted to dump illegal immigrants with known communicable diseases into the small city of Murietta, and the locals protested.  (They got dumped in San Diego instead, now the site of a severe hepatitis outbreak.)

Thirdly, there’s the business angle, which is that passengers who purchase their tickets last and arrive latest, usually get the highest prices and the worst seats.  Compare and contrast to illegals who pay nothing (despite having thousands to pay the human-smugglers who got them to the border) for these flights, get priority boarding, and make the air travel that much more miserable for ordinary paying Americans.

It’s not just bad for Americans; it’s bad for the illegals, too.  Imagine being reared in a tiny village in a small Central American country, paying a human-smuggler to the continent-wide country to el norte and, upon arriving in this vast foreign expanse, suddenly being transported on wings, thousands of miles above, to the city of your choice, watching it magically appear in the scope of a few hours.  Wouldn’t that make you think of the U.S. government as your all-powerful protector?  And wouldn’t that make you seek more services from that same benevolent patrón?  It’s not a good way to get these people started on their road to being Americans, if that is the aim.

It’s baffling.  Why aren’t these people placed on contracted buses at a minimum?  Why are commercial passengers, paying hundreds or thousands for their flights, being asked to pay?  Is there a reason President Trump or his surrogates can’t explain this to us?  Yes, we know they are probably doing this out of a fear of lawsuits on overcrowding from left-wing activist groups, but dumping the problems onto airline passengers and giving the law-breakers causing the problem the gold-star treatment isn’t the answer.

The media have done an outstanding job of creating a winsome stereotype of the nearly 700,000 beneficiaries of Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

To hear the media tell it, virtually all of these young people are in college — or already graduated from college. Those no longer pursuing their studies are serving nobly in the military, launching promising civilian careers, or otherwise earnestly chasing the American Dream.

Any recollections they may have of their home countries, we are told, are vague at best. Indeed, they’ve become so fully “Americanized,” they would be lost if they were returned to the now- foreign tongue and culture of their native lands.

This characterization of Dreamers may be accurate for many. But it is far wide of the mark for many DACA beneficiaries. It’s main goal is to generate sympathy and prod lawmakers to grant them legal amnesty.

But history shows that every grant of amnesty triggers even more illegal immigration. Before lawmakers make any final decision on the issue, they would do well to take a closer look at those who benefited from DACA.
